Everyone continues to make the most of the golden weather - whether on or off the water. Spending time indoors is not really an option and the beaches and waterways are dotted with boats and people. Aren't we lucky to live where we do!
Speaking of boats on water. It is now 29 years that we've been putting buyers and sellers in touch with boats....Yes. 29 years brokering purchases and sales, both new and used, and both locally and off-shore.
Our unique specialty commenced with 'off-shore brokering' in 1996 where we became the biggest seller of boats from the USA to buyers throughout the world and then repeated the procedure with boats sold out of Hong Kong in the Asian crisis. The boat agencies followed.
Today we still continue to broker off-shore deals. The pitfalls surrounding the processes differ in each country. Establishing correct ownership of a boat is by far the most difficult and we have cemented excellent relationships with expert specialists who do just that! Sometimes, however it ‘s not cost-effective to purchase off-shore and on these occasions we demonstrate to buyers why this is so. Talk to us about how we can help!

Recipe of the Week: Chicken Chow Mein made easy! | |
- 4 onions
- 1 tsp mushroom stock
- 1 tsp garlic stock or minced garlic
- 1 tsp chicken stock
- 500 g mince
- 1 tsp curry powder
- small packet of mixed vegetables; pieces of cabbage shredded
- 1 pkt chicken noodle soup mix

Fry the onions in pan until brown. Add the mince to pan and brown. Cover with enough water to simmer. Add mushroom, garlic, chicken stock and curry powder. Mix well. Add whole packet of mixed veges and pieces of cabbage (cut finely) into the mix. Lastly add chicken noodle soup and cook for about 10 minutes - until veges are cooked. Serve with rice or over noodles.
